You might want to think about tying it in via something like a squid proxy
and having the proxy save to Tahoe-LAFS. That should be relatively easy to
get going in a minimal amount of time.

Now, if you just want to do it via browser plug-in you should still be able
to hijack the cache to dump it out in almost any format you want.
