 HOORAY!  I'm finally finished reviewing all of Kevan's tests!

 Now there are two things that can happen in parallel:
  * Kevan could read these comments and update the tests.  As far as I can
 tell the only changes that need to be made are in the in-line comments in
 the tests, but perhaps I've also accidentally uncovered some bugs in the
 tests.  As soon as Kevan does that then Brian can review the tests.
  * I can review the behavior.txt.  After some sleep.
