Hello,
I am a PhD student (I started 2 months ago) in TELECOM sudparis France. We
are involved in the 4ward european project that aims to produce new network
architectures (without IP, with network virtualization, etc). The goal of
our work in the WP6 consists on producing an architecture where we separate
data object from the metadata. We are using eXist DB to store metalists (XML
metadata files) and tahoe to store Bit-Objects. As an open source cloud
storage system, tahoe presents a nice solution for our current work.
Thank you for your interest in our work.
Regards;
Wassim
