 The new changes look good -- no complaints from me.

 From grepping around the darcs patch, it seems like you've also remembered
 to remove the commented-out print statements -- if I'm mistaken, don't
 forget to do that. :)

 The patches apply fine against a fresh checkout of trunk (as of about 5
 minutes ago), and it is able to build without error. I need to leave for
 dinner now, but I'll confirm that all of the tests pass once I get back.
