[tahoe-dev] Working around #1130?

Experts,

Would someone recommend a strategy for working around ticket #1130?

I expect I could work around it by relaxing my encoding parameters to
2/3/4 from 2/4/4.  But I'd prefer to have another method.  I think it would
work to delete the shares of the files that run into #1130, so that a
completely fresh upload could succeed, but I don't know how to identify
those shares.  How can I do this, or, is there a better workaround?
