[tahoe-dev] zfec dependencies

I realize now that these <python-distributions> are present as eggs in
the zfec source, and hence not needed as separate <pkgsrc-packages>.

Still, does it make sense to add darcsver to pkgsrc?  I have already
made the package control files.
