[tahoe-dev] Multiple introducers announcing their presence on a grid

Bringing up bittorrent is interesting.   The concept of trackers is diminishing a bit, with the introduction of trackerless, distributed hash table torrents.   Using this mechanism, the concept of the tracker (IE introducer) is becoming deprecated.
