 attachment:393status22.dpatch adds a mostly complete but subject to change
 implementation of the servermap update modifications I talked about
 earlier. It also fixes a sporadic test failure that I inadvertently
 introduced with yesterday's changes. Tomorrow, I'll work on altering the
 uploader to use the information provided by the servermap to perform in-
 place file updates.
