This field must contain the writecap (or readcap) of an existing directory.

If you'd like to create a new one, just go to 
http://pubgrid.tahoe-lafs.org/, click 'Create a directory', then the new 
directory page will appear. And from there, you can get the writecap if 
you click on 'More info on this directory'.

The writecap looks like that 'URI:DIR2:xxx...:xxxx...'.
