The answer is that it does not, but Comb4P&OW does.

Also, I guess that almost any good modern hash function (even SHA-256)
when used in Comb4P would exhibit excellent pre-image resistance
anyway, because finding pre-images in good modern hash functions
appears to be much harder than finding collisions.
