I mean some *more* numbers in addition to the nice excerpt from the
BitLocker paper that Chris posted.

The numbers I'm requesting (timing reports from Recent Uploads and
Downloads) will tell us concretely how much time is spent in
encryption, erasure coding, network transfer, etc. with the current
version of Tahoe-LAFS.
