The default download (big green button) links to pywin32 for Python 2.6.
You need to use the pywin32 package consistent with the version of
Python, i.e. Python 2.5 if you're following the instructions in
quickstart.html.
pywin32 for Python 2.5 is currently at
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/Build%20214/pywin32-214.win32-py2.5.exe/download>.
I will fix quickstart.html to make this clearer.
