Up until now all of the text produced for the 100 year crypto project
were on Zooko's klog (lost?) or on the list. To centralize some of
this knowledge I've started up

with notes on the 100 year crypto design.

This is intended to both record our design decisions thus far and also
track what has yet to be decided.
