Hi Jimmy,

In the research that I've done, an Apache reverse proxy (or the new Apache TrafficServer, which is better at that job than Apache) is the easiest way of accomplishing this.  

I put together some basic work on this a while ago, hopefully it will at least save you a few minutes if you go down that road!
