 Just attached docs-txt-rst-conversion.patch, which has all the .txt files
 under docs/ converted to rST. Corrections and suggestions on the
 formatting are welcome.

 I've also generated a set of html documents from the files, using
 rst2html.py. You can see the result here: http://p-static.net/tahoe-docs/
