Hi Marek,
Could you please tell us some informations of you installation:
- Which version of Windows Vista (23/64bits)
- Which version of Tahoe-LAFS, trunk or tarball
- Which version of MinGW.
- Which step did you follow for installation
Next week I will setup a Windows Vista test machine.
