[tahoe-dev] Change of server for pubgrid/new helper furl

Dear Tahoe users,

I had to move the pubgrid introducer, stats gatherer and webinterface to a
different server because the pubgrid traffic was getting close to my monthly
traffic limit. Due to me having only limited internet connection at the moment,
the move didn't really go as planned and I caused about 2 hours of downtime,
for which I am very sorry.

I also had to shut down the helper service on the old server, but I created a
new helper on the new server. Here is it's URL, feel free to use it:
