This definition of "healthy" is too strict, IMHO. See related issue in
immutable files:
http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/614# redefine "Healthy"
to be "Happy" for checker/verifier/repairer
Hm, actually that ticket is not *specifically* about immutable files.
Would you please comment on that ticket and paste in your notes from
your message?

What happens when you try to repair that file?
