[tahoe-dev] 1.8.2 build error retrieving pyOpenSSL

hi all tahoe-hackers..

I'm trying to build 1.8.2 from the zip in the quickstart page
http://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/releases/allmydata-tahoe-1.8.2.zip

and got the following error report while fetching pyopenssl:

wget seems to have no problem, is the 303 troubling the setup process?
