Yes, here's an example:

URI:DIR2:ptrj2xkmxrt72j4eqcakrmxyia:bjbrs4egpxb5y5bl7whh2e3wnnx3cutusyuphomme6aibur3c23a

If that was your rootcap, and you printed it on a piece of paper and put it
in a safety deposit box (or some other safe location), then your backups
would be recoverable as long as enough of the grid survives that your shares
survive.
