[tahoe-dev] I assumed each share would go to a different server...

Hi!   I tried to upload a file to the volunteer grid and I got this error:

   "allmydata.interfaces.UploadUnhappinessError: shares could be placed on
only 6 server(s) such that any 3 of them have enough shares to recover the
file, but we were asked to place shares on at least 7 such servers. (placed
all 10 shares, want to place shares on at least 7 servers such that any 3 of
them have enough shares to recover the file, sent 19 queries to 15 peers, 10
queries placed some shares, 9 placed none (of which 8 placed none due to the
server being full and 1 placed none due to an error))"

  I was surprised because I assumed each share would be sent to a different
server, but this error message seems to be saying that tahoe was only
looking for 7 distinct servers.

  I guess I can edit tahoe.cfg and set "shares.happy = shares.total", to get
the behavior I anticipated.   Maybe that would be a nice default value for
shares.happy?  That default seems intuitive to me.
