You are hitting this bug in Nevow and/or zope.interface:

http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/1435# incompatibility
between zope.interface 3.6.4 and Nevow 0.10

We have a work-around in Tahoe-LAFS trunk which should avoid the
problem. Could you please try with the latest snapshot of Tahoe-LAFS
trunk?
