Not really, although it could be built. For Tahoe it would probably make
more sense to write data extractors that can run on the user's machine,
so that your account password for each web app doesn't need to be given
to any third party, and the source code of the extractor can be audited.
Then you would back it up to a Tahoe grid using 'tahoe backup'.
In the case of Google it's fairly easy to extract data from most of their
web applications; see <http://www.dataliberation.org>. For Facebook see
<http://www.allfacebook.com/did-facebook-just-join-googles-data-liberation-front-2010-10>.
In either case it might be more difficult to restore the
data, since that is specific to each web application.
This approach would still *allow* you to delegate the data extraction to
a third party, but wouldn't require it, and would allow that party to be
someone other than your storage provider.
