Folks:

I demoted Ruben's Fedora buildslave from "Supported" to "Unsupported"
due to an issue in Fedora [1] which prevents it from going green. I
promoted Dcoder's Win7-64-py2.6 to Supported.

(Hm, but I see that Dcoder's and Randy's are both currently off-line.
If they tend to be off-line and this blocks our automated tarball
building then we'll need to demote them again, although they actually
are reliably green whenever they are on-line.)

I culled quite a few old buildslaves that were long since abandoned by
their owners or broken beyond repair (including a few of my own that
were created on machines that are no longer in one piece).
