New Packages and Download Page

Tahoe-LAFS is now `packaged for Slackware`_.  To go with the new

Using Wuala or Dropbox as a Tahoe-LAFS backend

Zooko |zooko| received an article about `using Wuala or Dropbox as a
Tahoe-LAFS backend`_.  The `article` written by Renat Garayev is in
Russian.  Zooko ran "Google Translate" on the article and it works.  If
the original author is on this list and/or someone could them in touch

* `#1161`_: improve new-downloader logging
* `#1579`_: Patch to Add "Move" Functionality to Web Interface
  problem)
* `#443`_: set ETag on immutable directories, short-circuit on cache hit
* `#1693`_: flogtool doesn't get automatically provided
