[tahoe-dev] Fwd: speed issues

There are 21 servers. According to the stats server, all but one have
space available, and AFAIK none are in read-only mode. I'm using
shares.happy = 19 and although I do have occasional failures, most of my
uploads proceed with no trouble, so Eric's shares.happy = 13 should work
swimmingly.

AFAIK, we also have no nodes that have visibility issues. We have some
users with NATed client nodes which we use occasionally to check to see
that all of the storage nodes are visible.
