[tahoe-dev] How to mirror local directory without using 'backup'?

If the upload fails, my script sends me an e-mail.  At that point I can 
run the script manually or wait until cron kicks it off again in a week. 
  Once I got the bugs worked out of the script, it has yet to fail.
