Not exactly, nope. But don't mind me.


There should be a log somewhere, usually ~/.tahoe/logs/incidents/
(be careful; sharing it may reveal info not meant to be public)

Could you try to reproduce the error with the latest git snapshot
https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/zipball/master  ?
Just to make sure the issue hasn't been addressed already.
