There are many bugfixes in this version compared to v1.9.1. If you
have experienced *any* failures using earlier versions of Tahoe-LAFS,
then please see if those failures go away when you use Tahoe-LAFS
v1.9.2a1.

We intend to make few or no functional changes between this and 1.9.2
final. The one planned exception is if we determine that #1670 wasn't
already fixed (perhaps by the patch that fixed #1669), and we write a
fix for #1670.

There are definitely some documentation changes still planned.
