[tahoe-dev] tahoe installation errors on windows

Hi,
I have installed python 2.7.3 and tahoe 1.9.2 on windows followed the
quickstart tutorial, however, the verification process didnt went well.
First, after installation i tried to run bin\tahoe but it only came out as:
tahoe is not recognized as an internal or external command......
Second, after running setup.py trial, there are 3 expected failures and one
error out of 1083 tests. the error is file/directory name sytanx is
incorrect.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
