[tahoe-dev] BitTorrent Sync

This looks like a sister to Tahoe's design.  Including read/write and
read-only caps, full end to end encryption.  It's not a file store, it's
exactly like bittorrent's seeding idea.  Also, every host has to store
everything unencrypted.  Anyhow, alpha is now open to everyone:
