invitation to weekly Nuts and Bolts party

Folks:

Every Monday we have a get-together to work on the Nuts and Bolts of
Tahoe-LAFS. This means things like reviewing patches, writing docs,
planning upcoming releases, updating the wiki pages, etc. etc.

It is fun! And you are invited. We need people to do all of the above:
write docs, test new features and give feedback, etc. etc.
