Tahoe-LAFS-on-S3 questions

I've been trying to make better use of my Tahoe-LAFS-on-S3 setup, and have
2 questions:
1. How do I upgrade allmydata-tahoe to the latest release?
2. How can I get access to my data from a 2nd computer? Just copy
across .tahoe/*?
