That's the diagram for "example 1". It looks okay when rendered by
"rst2html", but github doesn't inline the svg automatically when you
look at the github rendering of the doc file:

Daira rebased and started reviewing #1159:

Zancas is eager to close some more Tahoe-LAFS tickets, but he decided
to spend this morning helping a friend of his apply for jobs, instead.
