Folks:

You might be interested in this video in which Gus The Usability
Hacker added annotations on top of Taylor's instructional video about
how to use Tahoe-LAFS:

Please don't angrily lash out at Gus about this! We asked her to help
by telling us her opinion of Tahoe's usability. I hope that we'll get
into a virtuous feedback loop with her in which we make more changes
to Tahoe (hopefully for the better!) and she gives us more ideas about
usability design issues. You folks being polite and encouraging to her
would probably help.

The bit about Lovecraftian horror is pretty funny.
