Can I PLEASE get the command for Debian 'Session and Startup'?

Okay okay, got it. No need for capslock.
First you have to know or find out where the tahoe executable is.
Running `whereis tahoe` in a terminal will tell you. Copy that path
(I'll call it tahoe_path).
The command you need to put into that dialog is probably:
tahoe_path --node-directory=/usr/share/.tahoe start
You can try that in your home directory first:
cd; tahoe_path --node-directory=/usr/share/.tahoe start
