Need to restore zeroed file

Maybe possible:

cd ~/.tahoe/storage/shares/

find . -type f -exec grep " mutable " {} \;|grep "matches"|cut -d " " -f 3

Then check time stamp of all files.

This will find (on my installation) only directories where the lost file
has been linked in, right?
