Hello Vijayendra,
For files smaller than 55 bytes, the contents of the file are stored
inside the capability itself (which is subsequently prefixed with
'URI:LIT', indicating that it is a 'literal' cap). As such, there are no
shares to be stored (and hence no share-map). See Q22 in the Tahoe-LAFS
FAQ here:
