Hello Brian,
To avoid unnecessary traffic:
>"One outstanding issue before the final release: ticket #2439, "SUMO
>tarball doesn't include windows dependencies". I think we concluded that

i opt for a zip file here
https://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/deps/tahoe-lafs-dep-eggs/
including only the windows specific files mentioned at #2439 also a
32bit.zip and 64bit.zip is possible.
because the sumo (Dessert Island) is only a failsafe version we can hide it
for support.
so a sumo.zip and a win-egg.zip = dessert island (two downloads would be ok)
by the way there is a 404 in the link list:
https://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/deps/tahoe-lafs-dep-eggs/README.html
example:
https://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/deps/tahoe-lafs-dep-eggs/Nevow-0.10.0.tar.gz
(404)
and following Packages (404)
The size is the reason for the name of my first version
nsis-quickstart-installer for windows targeting only version 1.10.1
may i introduce it is a Whale
(Windows Home Attached LAFS Experience or Windows Home Advanced LAFS
Expedience try other combinations ;)
https://github.com/WinLAFS/WinLAFS-tahoe-lafs-installer
Whale is the all in one failsafe version.
Shoehorn will be the download version.
more about thinkable versions here:
https://github.com/WinLAFS/WinLAFS-Knowledge-Base/wiki/To-do-list-for-the-installer
Whale installer is ready but have still problems with the testlog.cmd
(.bat) on xp
i got some failures with 1.10.1a1.post12 but maybe it was the wrong version.
i send logfiles about already to daira.
Is the Testgrid stable?
It isn't Ping able on Adress:
