first alpha: Lost at Dessert Island

Hello Brian,

i made some tests in preparation for an nsis installer for windows

Pre-Test for allmydata-tahoe-1.10.1a1-SUMO at windows 7 bit32

i like the idea of a failsafe installation called "Dessert Island 
Installation".

But i got some problems:
* the windows binary dependencies are not included in the sumo package
* Nevow-0.10.0.tar.gz is also not  included in the sumo package
;because only needed at windows

i  would like to have a wahle package for windows 32 and 64 ,
which includes  all dependencies for "Dessert Island Installation" on 
windows
is it worth a ticket ?

i downloaded the necessities and i think "Dessert island Installation" 
will work,
  if the right dependencies are present at .\tahoe-deps\

i tested also the installation of the download version without 
tahoe-deps (allmydata-tahoe-1.10.1a1)
  looks ok
at present ( 05/24/2015 01:44:43PM) Tahoe Test Grid is still offline
so test fail is as expected: off line (=>  failures=1, errors=7)
