Ok, so here is the deal... It appears that the VPS hosting the test
grid is offline and will likely remaining offline for a while
(possibly permanently). I have restarted the introducer on another PC
and contacted owner of publictestgrid.e271.net to redirect the DNS
entry. Hopefully the DNS entry will get changed, but until then, if
you want to connect to the public test grid please change your
introducer.furl to

pb://hckqqn4vq5ggzuukfztpuu4wykwefa6d@publictestgrid.e271.net:50213,198.
186.193.74:50213,68.34.102.231:50213/introducer

The only difference is there is an additional IP address
(68.34.102.231). If/when the DNS entry gets updated, that will take
precedents and if/when the VPS comes back online that will also still
work.

If anybody is willing to donate a VPS for the introducer to run on, I
am willing to migrate to that and preform the administration as
necessary. In addition, if anybody has a subdomain that they are
willing to point to the introducer please let me know. Finally, if
anybody is willing to donate some money/bitcoin to go towards a
VPS/domain name that would also help the testnet infrastructure.

Hopefully this didn't cause anybody too much pain. I'll update the
wiki in a couple of days once I have a more long term answer about the
VPS and DNS situation.
