OpenSuse 13.2. Can't run tahoe

I haven't seen this error before. I've filed a ticket at
<https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/2550>.

It's a strange error because Nevow 0.11.1 is known to work usually (it has been the
latest version for some time).
