As Paul wrote, yes. I think there is no easy way to prevent this without
having central authentication (what is not desirable for a distributed,
fault-tolerant system).
However, if only one node is compromised (, you recognize that) and all
other nodes are within your administrative domain, you can easily deploy
a new introducer FURL. Obviously.
