There are also some changes to support the status CLI and JSON
endpoint. I believe these should be find to land seperately, for the
most part (obviously except for the actual "publish magic-folder status"
bit). The "widespread" part was a new kwarg for reporting statuses.

I will make a branch pulling out the above status-changes. Since this
also added a token to get the JSON information, a separate review would
be good too (from you, preferably ;) since the token was your idea
initially, IIRC).
