Test Grid Upgrade

Hi,

I just heard about the news of 1.11.0a1 getting tagged. I'm thinking of
handling upgrading the Test Grid a bit different than last time. I want
to help out testing the alpha/beta version so I'm planning on tracking
the alpha/beta releases as they come out. This might cause some down
time, but honestly the overall uptime of the grid hasn't been great.

If anybody has any objections, please let me know. If I don't hear
anything by this weekend, I'll plan on upgrading then. I haven't heard
any changes that could/should result in data loss, but there is always a
risk.
