Unable to upload files from WUI in 1.12

     Dear Owner,
     I have used the 1.11 version to implement a DFS. later found an 
update
     1.12 and installed it. Also i have created a grid also with multiple
     introducers, later i found that i was unable to upload files from 
WUI,
     where as i was able to upload them by CLI.I have attached a 
screenshot of
     the status after selecting a file and clicked upload. please help me 
in
     this regard.
