8.6.2019 Nuts’n’bolts Meeting Notes

Anand
* Looked at PR #52 [1] feedback and addressed some review comments.
* Created fresh PR #53 [2] for more specific changes related to Zope
interface code which passes codecov and CI and can be merged after a quick
review.
* Created a fresh branch and started working on changes for print statement
-> print function and exception handling changes.

If we merge #53, will raise the new PR and keep merging the changes.

Jean-Paul
* General maintenance
* New failures on CI by third parties - put up PRs for those
* These need to be reviewed

Meejah
* Provided feedback to Anand
* Will have PRs soon to get rid of some of the Nevow stuff
* Trying to get rid of  data_usage and child_usage

Hab
* Will be begin with reviews while we wait on the contract to be finalized
* Will begin document outlining status of dependencies and porting efforts

Jessie
* Working out details to bring Hab onto the project - working on getting
contract drawn up.
* Creating budget spreadsheet to track financials.
* Begin research into using Jitsi for meetings

Video Chat Options
* We all agreed we will NOT use Tox for future meetings. Tox has no group
video chat options. Tox audio is not scalable to large groups causing us to
switch to hangouts shortly after starting the meeting.
* Exploration of other open source video chat options will continue.
