Hello,

As part of the Python3 porting effort, I am looking at porting away from
Tahoe's Nevow usage (as Nevow does not work on Python3, and likely won't
unless we port it).

I then re-discovered there's a "download-timeline" feature which uses a
vendored d3 and jquery (which are now woefully out of date). I would
like to just delete this feature; does anyone at all use it?
