 attachment:testgetlatencies01.darcs.patch don't apply cleanly to trunk.
 arch_o_median is going to create new cleanly-applying patches for this
 ticket.

 I'm renaming this ticket to reflect the desired (by me and arch_o_median
 at least) functionality.
