Comment (by nejucomo):

 There's a comment collision for attachment:drop-upload.darcs.patch in
 {{{_auto_deps.py}}} which causes no change, just more justifications, for
 the requirement "Twisted>=10.1.0".  I've attached attachment:requirements-
 comment-merge.darcs.patch with the merge of the requirements comments.
